I made a random call thru a google search to Blinds and Shades Depot yesterday to find out if they did repairs on blinds, they said they don't generally do repairs but Esi (I think that's his name) said give me a minute and came back on the line, asked me where I live and said his installer will be in my area in the afternoon and he will come by and take a look.  I said great, but then thought oh no, they're probably going to send someone to try and sell me on buying new window treatments instead of help me fix mine.  But, that's not at all what happened.  This young man named Erving arrived, neatly dressed and well groomed, I showed him the blind.  He immediately started managing it, and corrected the problem.  Total professional!
